Maxime Sanchez is a French jazz pianist, known for his work with the quartet Flash Pig, which he co-founded with his brother Adrien Sanchez. In December 2024, he released the album "Standards - Live at La Scala Provence" with his trio, featuring Florent Nisse on double bass and Guilhem Flouzat on drums. This album comprises interpretations of jazz standards and was recorded live at La Scala Provence. In 2018, he achieved third place at the Thelonious Monk International Jazz Competition, becoming one of the few European musicians recognized in this prestigious contest.
