Michiel Borstlap Trio is a Dutch jazz ensemble led by pianist Michiel Borstlap. Their album "88," released on May 31, 2012, under Challenge Records, features nine tracks including "Cherish Your Sunshine" and "Just One of Those Things." The trio comprises Boudewijn Lucas on electric bass and Erik Kooger on drums, with guest appearances by Ruud Breuls on trumpet and Jerome Hol on guitar in "Memory of Enchantment." The album was recorded in January 2012 at The Doelen in Rotterdam and The Velvet Room.
