Nick Hempton is an Australian saxophonist specializing in jazz and soul jazz. After moving to New York in 2004, he founded The Nick Hempton Band in 2005, releasing several albums including "The Business" (2011) and "Odd Man Out" (2013). In 2018, he released "Night Owl" featuring guitarist Peter Bernstein, followed by "Slick" in 2021. In 2025, he collaborated with saxophonist Cory Weeds on the album "Horns Locked".
