She studied at the Hanover University of Music under Einar Steen-Nökleberg, Christopher Oakden, and Ewa Kupiec, later continuing her studies with Sir András Schiff at the Barenboim-Said Academy in Berlin. Nosrati is renowned for her interpretations of Johann Sebastian Bach's works, with recordings including "The Art of Fugue" (2015), "Keyboard Concertos BWV 1052-1054" (2017), and "The Well-Tempered Clavier, Book I" (2022).
