The Big Bad Bones is a jazz ensemble comprising four leading trombonists: Scott Whitfield, Brett Stamps, Pete Madsen, and Steve Wilson. Their 2020 album "Emergency Vehicle Blues" features original compositions by Brett Stamps and encompasses various styles including funk, swing, samba, light rock, and boogie. The recording took place at Ware House Production Studio in Omaha in June 2019.
