The Young Gods is a Swiss industrial rock band formed in 1985 in Fribourg. The original lineup consisted of vocalist Franz Treichler, sampler player Cesare Pizzi, and drummer Frank Bagnoud. The band is known for using samplers to create the sound of electric and bass guitars while maintaining a live drummer and vocalist. Notable albums include "The Young Gods" (1987), "L'eau rouge" (1989), and "T.V. Sky" (1992). In 2022, they released "Play Terry Riley In C".
