ZZ Top is an American rock band formed in Houston in 1969. The original lineup consisted of Billy Gibbons (guitar, vocals), Dusty Hill (bass guitar, vocals), and Frank Beard (drums). After Dusty Hill's death in 2021, he was replaced by Elwood Francis. The band is known for its blues-rock style and hits such as "La Grange," "Tush," "Gimme All Your Lovin'," and "Sharp Dressed Man." They have released 15 studio albums, with 1983's "Eliminator" achieving diamond status. In 2004, they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
