3 was a short-lived progressive rock band formed in 1987 by keyboardist Keith Emerson, drummer Carl Palmer, and vocalist/multi-instrumentalist Robert Berry. The band released one studio album, "To the Power of Three," in 1988 before disbanding. Their live performances included songs by The Nice and Emerson, Lake & Palmer, but they did not perform any ELP-written songs. In 2023, a live album titled "Rockin' The Ritz NYC 1988" was released on vinyl, capturing their 1988 New York concert.
