Agnostic Front is an American hardcore punk band from New York City, formed in 1980. They are considered a significant influence on the New York hardcore scene and pioneers of the crossover thrash genre. Their 1984 debut album, "Victim in Pain," is regarded as a genre classic. Subsequent albums include "Cause for Alarm" (1986) and "Liberty and Justice for..." (1987). After a hiatus from 1992 to 1997, they returned with "Something's Gotta Give" (1998).
