Al Staehely is an American singer, songwriter, and musician known for his work with the rock band Spirit, where he served as the lead vocalist, bassist, and principal songwriter on their fifth album, "Feedback," released in 1972. He later formed The Staehely Brothers with his brother John, releasing the album "Sta-Hay-Lee" in 1973. In 1982, he released a solo album titled "Stahaley's Comet." Throughout his career, Staehely collaborated with artists such as Keith Moon, Bobbie Gentry, and Marty Balin.
