Alexander Flood is an Australian drummer and composer known for his unique approach to music, blending nu-jazz, deep-house, broken beat, drum and bass, funk, and experimental sounds. In 2016, he was awarded Australia's Best Up and Coming Drummer, and in 2017, he graduated as the top student from his university jazz program. He has released four albums: "HEARTBEAT" (2020), "The Space Between" (2022), "Oscillate" (2023), and "Artifactual Rhythm" (2025). Flood has collaborated with artists such as Christian Scott aTunde Adjuah, Horatio Luna, and Àbáse. His music is renowned for its energy and innovative approach to live performances.
