Algiers is an American post-punk band from Atlanta, Georgia, formed in 2012. The group consists of Franklin James Fisher, Ryan Mahan, Lee Tesche, and Matt Tong. Their music blends elements of post-punk, experimental rock, and soul. They released their self-titled debut album in 2015, followed by "The Underside of Power" (2017), "There Is No Year" (2020), and "Shook" (2023). "Shook" features collaborations with Zack de la Rocha of Rage Against the Machine and Samuel T. Herring of Future Islands.
