Amazing Blondel was an English acoustic progressive folk band consisting of Eddie Baird, John Gladwin, and Terry Wincott. In the 1970s, they released several albums under Island Records. Their music was often categorized as psychedelic folk or medieval folk rock, but it was more a reinterpretation of Renaissance music, utilizing period instruments such as lutes and recorders. Notable albums include "Evensong" (1970), "Fantasia Lindum" (1971), and "Blondel" (1973). The band collaborated with artists like Steve Winwood and Paul Kossoff. In 1997, they reunited and released the album "Restoration".
