AqME was a French alternative metal band from Paris, active between 1999 and 2019. Originally known as Neurosyndrom, the band was part of the French nu metal movement "Team Nowhere". Their debut album, "Sombres efforts", was released in 2002 and received critical acclaim. Subsequent albums include "Polaroïds & Pornographie" (2004) and "La Fin des Temps" (2005). In 2014, they released "Dévisager Dieu". The band disbanded after a farewell tour in 2019.
