Arlo Guthrie is an American folk singer and songwriter, best known for his 18-minute song "Alice's Restaurant Massacree" from 1967, which became a symbol of the anti-war movement. Born in 1947 in Brooklyn, he is the son of renowned folk singer Woody Guthrie. His notable albums include "Alice's Restaurant" (1967), "Hobo's Lullaby" (1972), and "Running Down the Road" (1969). Guthrie frequently collaborated with folk legends such as Pete Seeger and Ramblin' Jack Elliott.
