Artur Menezes is a Brazilian blues and blues rock guitarist, singer, and songwriter. He has released five albums since 2010, with the most recent, "Fading Away" (2020), issued by Vizztone Records. In 2018, he won the Gibson/Albert King Award for Best Guitarist at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, where his band also secured third place in the Best Band category. In 2019, he was selected by Eric Clapton to perform at the Crossroads Guitar Festival. Menezes is known for his energetic guitar style, blending blues with elements of psychedelic rock, funk, and Brazilian rhythms like baião.
