At the Drive-In was an American post-hardcore band from El Paso, Texas, active from 1994 to 2001, 2012, and 2016 to 2018. The original lineup included Cedric Bixler-Zavala (vocals), Jim Ward (guitar), Omar Rodríguez-López (guitar), Paul Hinojos (bass guitar), and Tony Hajjar (drums). The band released four studio albums: "Acrobatic Tenement" (1996), "In/Casino/Out" (1998), "Relationship of Command" (2000), and "in•ter a•li•a" (2017). Their music blended elements of post-hardcore, punk rock, art punk, emo, and alternative rock. After disbanding in 2001, members pursued other musical projects; Bixler-Zavala and Rodríguez-López formed The Mars Volta, while Ward, Hinojos, and Hajjar formed Sparta.
