Aunt Sally was a Japanese post-punk band formed in 1978 in Osaka. The group consisted of Phew (vocals), Bikke (guitar, vocals), Kataoka (bass guitar), Takashi Maruyama (drums), and Mayu (keyboards). In 1979, they released their sole album, "Aunt Sally," under the Vanity Records label. After the band's dissolution, vocalist Phew pursued a solo career, collaborating with artists such as D.A.F., Einstürzende Neubauten, and members of Can.
