AVEC is an Austrian singer and songwriter, born Miriam Hufnagl in 1995 in Upper Austria. She began her music career in 2015 with the release of the ballad "Granny," addressing Alzheimer's disease. In September 2016, she released her debut album "What If We Never Forget," which entered the Austrian album charts. This was followed by "Heaven/Hell" in 2018 and "Homesick" in 2020. In 2024, she founded her own music label, Jim Bob Records, and in January 2025, released her fourth album titled "AVEC." Her music blends indie pop and folk influences.
