Azimuth is a Brazilian jazz trio formed in 1973 in Rio de Janeiro. The group consists of José Roberto Bertrami (keyboards), Alex Malheiros (bass guitar), and Ivan Conti (drums). Their debut album, "Azimuth," was released in 1975 and includes the track "A Manhã." In 1977, they released the album "Águia Não Come Mosca." In 1979, they released the album "Light as a Feather." In 1982, they released the album "Telecommunication." Azimuth is known for their unique style that blends jazz, funk, and Brazilian music.
