Bearfoot was a post-bluegrass band formed in 1999 in Cordova, Alaska. Originally known as Bearfoot Bluegrass, the group won the 26th annual Telluride Bluegrass Band Contest in 2001. Their debut album, "Only Time Knows," was released in 2001, followed by "Back Home" (2003), "Follow Me" (2006), and "Doors and Windows" (2009). Bearfoot's music encompassed genres such as bluegrass, folk, and Americana. The band was active until 2013.
