Beau Jocque & The Zydeco Hi-Rollers was an American band formed in 1991 in Louisiana. Led by Andrus Espre, known as Beau Jocque, the group was renowned for its deep vocals and energetic accordion style. Their music blended traditional zydeco with elements of rock, funk, and blues. Notable albums include "Beau Jocque Boogie" (1993), "Pick Up on This!" (1994), and "Git It, Beau Jocque!" (1995). The band won the Big Easy Music Awards three times for Best Zydeco Artist. Beau Jocque passed away in 1999, but his music continues to influence the zydeco scene.
