Beheaded is a Maltese death metal band formed in 1991 by drummer Chris Brincat and guitarist David Bugeja. Their debut album, "Perpetual Mockery," was released in 1998. The band is known for its brutal and technical approach to death metal. In 2025, they released "Għadam," the first death metal album written in the Maltese language, inspired by the works of Maltese horror author Anton Grasso. Beheaded has performed at various festivals and tours across Europe, the USA, and Asia, gaining international recognition in the death metal community.
