Behzod Abduraimov is an Uzbek pianist born in 1990 in Tashkent. He began studying piano at the age of five under Tamara Popovich. In 2009, he won first prize at the London International Piano Competition with his performance of Prokofiev's Piano Concerto No. 3. He has collaborated with prominent orchestras such as the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, The Cleveland Orchestra, and the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra under conductors like Semyon Bychkov and Gustavo Dudamel. His recordings, including the 2024 album "Shadows of My Ancestors," have received international accolades such as the Choc de Classica and Diapason Découverte.
