Bendik Hofseth is a Norwegian jazz musician who plays the saxophone and sings. In 1986, he moved to New York City, replacing Michael Brecker in the band Steps Ahead. He has released seven albums under his own name, including "IX" (1991) and "Amuse Yourself" (1993). Hofseth has collaborated with artists such as Arild Andersen and Jan Eggum.
