Beyond the Blue is a London-based jazz band known for their unique sound that blends various genres and pushes boundaries while maintaining their roots in the UK jazz scene. The band has performed several sold-out shows at prestigious venues such as The Vortex Jazz Club and Milton Court Concert Hall during the EFG London Jazz Festival. Their music, written and arranged by pianist and composer Jude Lane, draws influences from a wide range of genres, from UK dance music to jazz and classical music. Their latest release, a four-track live session, reimagines their previous quartet material in a dynamic septet setting, setting the tone for a future debut album release in 2025.
