Billy Talent is a Canadian rock band from Mississauga, Ontario, formed in 1993. Originally known as Pezz, they changed their name to Billy Talent in 1999. The members are vocalist Benjamin Kowalewicz, guitarist Ian D'Sa, bassist Jonathan Gallant, and drummer Aaron Solowoniuk. Due to Solowoniuk's health issues, Jordan Hastings has been playing drums since 2016. The band has released six studio albums, including "Billy Talent" (2003), "Billy Talent II" (2006), and "Crisis of Faith" (2022). Their music blends elements of punk rock, alternative rock, and post-hardcore. Billy Talent has won seven Juno Awards and was inducted into the Mississauga Music Walk of Fame in 2014.
