The Black Eyed Peas are an American musical group formed in Los Angeles in 1995, consisting of will.i.am, apl.de.ap, and Taboo. Initially an alternative hip-hop group, they later shifted to a more pop-oriented sound. Their third album, "Elephunk" (2003), featured the hit "Where Is the Love?" with Justin Timberlake. The following album, "Monkey Business" (2005), produced successful singles like "Don't Phunk with My Heart" and "My Humps." In 2009, they released "The E.N.D.," which included hits "Boom Boom Pow" and "I Gotta Feeling." The group has won six Grammy Awards from fifteen nominations.
