Black Majesty is an Australian power metal band formed in 2001 in Melbourne. Originally known as Kymera, the band renamed itself to Black Majesty after the departure of bassist Cory Betts. Their debut album, "Sands of Time," was released in 2003 to positive reviews. This was followed by "Silent Company" (2005), "Tomorrowland" (2007), and "In Your Honour" (2010). The band is known for its melodic vocals and energetic guitar solos. Throughout their career, they have collaborated with producers like Endel Rivers and Roland Grapow. They have performed at festivals such as Wacken Open Air and Masters of Rock, sharing the stage with bands like Helloween and DragonForce.
