Body Count is an American heavy metal band formed in Los Angeles in 1990. The group is led by Ice-T, known as a rapper, who serves as the lead vocalist in this band. Together with guitarist Ernie C, they created a band that blends elements of heavy metal and rap. Their debut album, "Body Count," was released in 1992 and included the controversial track "Cop Killer." Other notable albums include "Born Dead" (1994), "Bloodlust" (2017), and "Carnivore" (2020).
