Boris Zeebroek, known professionally as Bolis Pupul, is a Belgian musician born in Ghent to a Chinese mother and Belgian father. His music blends electronic genres such as techno and house with influences from Belgian New Beat. In 2022, he released the album "Topical Dancer" in collaboration with Charlotte Adigéry. In 2024, he released his debut solo album "Letter to Yu," inspired by his trip to Hong Kong and exploration of his Chinese heritage. The album was produced by the Dewaele brothers of Soulwax and recorded at their Deewee studio in Ghent. Bolis Pupul is known for his unique sound that reflects his multicultural background.
