Ronald Belford "Bon" Scott was an Australian singer and songwriter, best known as the lead vocalist and lyricist for the hard rock band AC/DC from 1974 until his death in 1980. Born in Scotland, he moved to Australia in 1952. Before joining AC/DC, he performed with bands such as The Spektors, The Valentines, and Fraternity.
