Bonny Light Horseman is an American folk band comprising Anaïs Mitchell, Eric D. Johnson, and Josh Kaufman. Formed in 2018 during the Eaux Claires festival, they released their self-titled debut album in January 2020, featuring a blend of traditional British folk songs and original compositions. This album was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Folk Album. In October 2022, they released their second album, "Rolling Golden Holy," followed by their third album, "Keep Me On Your Mind/See You Free," in June 2024. Their music is known for merging traditional folk with modern elements, and the band members have extensive experience from other musical projects.
