Boots Randolph was an American saxophonist best known for his 1963 hit "Yakety Sax," which became the signature tune for "The Benny Hill Show." As a member of the Nashville A-Team, he contributed to recordings with artists like Elvis Presley, Roy Orbison, and Brenda Lee. Randolph played a pivotal role in shaping the Nashville sound, blending jazz, country, and rock 'n' roll. In 1977, he opened his own club in Nashville, performing there until 1994. His contributions to music were recognized in 2002 when he was inducted into the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame.
