Butcher Babies is an American heavy metal band from Los Angeles, consisting of vocalist Heidi Shepherd, guitarist Henry Flury, bassist Ricky Bonazza, and drummer Dave Nickles. Formed in 2010, they debuted with the album "Goliath" in 2013, which reached number 3 on the Billboard Heatseeker chart. Their third album, "Lilith," was released in 2017. The band's musical style encompasses metalcore, groove metal, and thrash metal. In 2024, co-founder and vocalist Carla Harvey departed the band, leaving Heidi Shepherd as the sole vocalist.
