C.I.A. (Cru' In Action!) was an American hip-hop group from Los Angeles, active between 1986 and 1987. The members were Ice Cube, K-Dee, and Sir Jinx. The group debuted at parties organized by Sir Jinx's cousin, Dr. Dre. In 1986, they released the single "She's a Skag" under the name Stereo Crew, but after poor sales, Epic Records dropped them. They then changed their name to C.I.A. and signed with Kru-Cut Records, releasing the single "My Posse" in 1987, produced by Dr. Dre. After the group's dissolution, Ice Cube joined N.W.A., beginning his significant career in hip-hop. The products available from the artist C.I.A. include vinyls.
