Cassie Kinoshi is a British saxophonist and composer, known as the leader of SEED Ensemble. SEED Ensemble is a London-based jazz collective that blends jazz with afrobeat and other musical styles. Their debut album, "Driftglass," was nominated for the Mercury Prize in 2019. Kinoshi is also a member of Nérija and Kokoroko, groups that are part of the contemporary London jazz scene.
