Cathedral was a British doom metal band formed in 1989 by former Napalm Death vocalist Lee Dorrian. Their 1991 debut album, "Forest of Equilibrium," is considered a seminal work in the doom metal genre. They followed with albums like "The Ethereal Mirror" (1993) and "The Carnival Bizarre" (1995), solidifying their position in the metal scene. In 1998, they released "Caravan Beyond Redemption."
