Charlie Louvin was an American country singer and songwriter, best known as a member of The Louvin Brothers duo with his brother Ira. The duo was renowned for their harmonious singing and contributed to the popularization of close harmony in country music. After the duo's breakup in 1963, Charlie pursued a successful solo career, with his debut album 'Less and Less & I Don't Love You Anymore' reaching number 6 on the Billboard Country Albums chart.
