Chris Bacon is an American film and television composer, born on March 17, 1977, in Provo, Utah. He earned a bachelor's degree in music composition from Brigham Young University and completed the Scoring for Motion Pictures and Television program at the University of Southern California. Bacon began his career as an assistant to composer James Newton Howard and later composed music for films such as "Source Code" (2011), "Men in Black: International" (2019), and television series like "Bates Motel" (2013–2017) and "Wednesday" (2022–present). He has been nominated four times for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Music Composition for a Series.
