Circles Around the Sun is an American instrumental rock band formed in 2015 by guitarist Neal Casal. Initially created to record music for intermissions during The Grateful Dead's final concerts, their debut album "Interludes for the Dead" was released in 2015. This was followed by "Let It Wander" (2018) and "Circles Around the Sun" (2020). After Neal Casal's death in 2019, the band continued making music, releasing "Meets Joe Russo" in 2022.
