Clyde Otis was an American songwriter and producer, best known for his collaboration with singer Brook Benton. He was one of the first African-Americans to hold an A&R manager position at a major record label. Throughout his career, he wrote or co-wrote nearly 800 songs, including hits like "It's Just a Matter of Time" and "Endlessly". He also worked with artists such as Dinah Washington and Sarah Vaughan. In 1994, he won a Grammy Award for producing Natalie Cole's album "Take a Look". Otis passed away in 2008 in Englewood, New Jersey. The products available from the artist Clyde Otis include CDs.
