Cold Cave is an American music project founded in 2007 by Wesley Eisold, a former member of hardcore bands. The group is known for its unique blend of darkwave and synthpop, with their debut album "Love Comes Close" released in 2009, receiving acclaim for its emotive tracks. In 2011, they released "Cherish the Light Years," recorded at Electric Lady and DFA's Plantain Studios in New York City, featuring songs like "Confetti" and "The Great Pan Is Dead."
