Complex was a psychedelic/progressive pop group from Blackpool that self-released two albums, "Complex" and "The Way We Feel," in 1970-71. Each album was limited to 99 copies in an attempt to secure a recording contract, which ultimately proved unsuccessful. Despite this, the albums became highly sought-after collector's items, with a copy of their debut album selling for £10,000 in 2015. The band's music blended elements of psychedelic and progressive rock, and their organist, Steve Coe, later achieved success with the band Monsoon and the hit "Ever So Lonely." In 2022, "Live For The Minute: The Complex Anthology" was released, compiling all their recordings, including previously unreleased tracks.
