Convulse is a Finnish death metal band from the city of Nokia, active between 1988 and 1994 and again since 2012. Considered pioneers of the local metal scene, they released their debut album "World Without God" in 1991. Throughout their career, they have released several other albums, including "Reflections" (1994), "Evil Prevails" (2013), and "Cycle of Revenge" (2016). Their music combines elements of death metal and death 'n' roll. The band is known for its influence on the Finnish metal scene and continues to be active.
