Cootie Catcher is a Toronto-based four-piece band formed in 2021. Their music blends twee pop with electronic elements and lo-fi textures. They released their debut album, "Shy at First," in March 2025, followed by singles "Gingham Dress" and "Straight Drop." Their second album, "Something We All Got," is scheduled for February 2026 under Carpark Records. The band consists of Anita Fowl (vocals/bass), Nolan Jakupovski (vocals/guitar/drums), Sophia Chavez (vocals/synthesizer), and Joseph Shemoun (drums).
