CRAC was formed in 1974 by bassist/vocalist Rick Cua, drummer Tommy Rozzano, keyboardist Larry Arlotta, and lead singer/percussionist Ricky Chisholm. The band's name is an acronym of the founding members' last names. Their sole album, "All For You," released in 1980, features a blend of jazzy soul, AOR, and funk. The album was reissued in 2023 by the British independent label KingUnderground. CRAC was known for their live performances at Big Daddy's club in Syracuse, New York, and their music reflects late 1970s influences.
