Crash Test Dummies is a Canadian rock band from Winnipeg, Manitoba, known for their alternative and folk rock style. Formed in 1988, their most recognized lineup includes Brad Roberts (vocals, guitar), Ellen Reid (keyboards, vocals), Dan Roberts (bass guitar), Benjamin Darvill (harmonica, mandolin), and Mitch Dorge (drums). Their 1991 debut album, "The Ghosts That Haunt Me," featured the hit "Superman's Song," which reached No. 4 on Canadian charts. The 1993 album "God Shuffled His Feet" brought international success with the single "Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm," peaking at No. 4 in the U.S. and No. 1 in Australia.
