Crooked Fingers is an American indie rock band led by Eric Bachmann, former frontman of Archers of Loaf. After the dissolution of Archers of Loaf in 1998, Bachmann established Crooked Fingers as his solo project. The debut album, "Crooked Fingers," was released in 2000 under WARM Records. Subsequent albums include "Bring On the Snakes" (2001), "Red Devil Dawn" (2003), and "Dignity and Shame" (2005), with the latter two released under Merge Records. After a fifteen-year hiatus, the band announced the release of a new album, "Swet Deth," scheduled for February 2026. Crooked Fingers' music is characterized by introspective lyrics and a blend of indie rock and alternative rock.
