Daniel Heide is a German pianist born in Weimar, renowned as a vocal accompanist and chamber musician. He has performed at festivals and concert halls across Europe and Asia, including the Konzerthaus venues in Vienna, Berlin, and Dortmund, London's Wigmore Hall, and the Schubertiade in Austria. Heide has collaborated with vocalists such as Andrè Schuen, Christoph Prégardien, and Simone Kermes. He is the founder and artistic director of the vocal recital series "Der lyrische Salon" at Ettersburg Castle near Weimar, dedicated exclusively to art song since 2011.
